Quantum Consulting Engineers, a downtown Seattle structural engineering firm, seeks a project engineer with a minimum of 2 to 6 years relevant experience. Experience should include designing a variety of building types and structures in various building materials, including concrete, steel, masonry, and wood-frame construction. Familiarity with structural detailing, seismic design and evaluation of existing structures is a plus. The position will involve preparing structural calculations and construction drawings (under the guidance of a senior engineer) for commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and public-building projects.

Candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering. A professional engineering PE license is required and an SE License is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
