This is a new residence located on the west side of Lake Sammamish. The 3-story, 5,000 square foot residence features modern lines, concrete accent walls and square cut wood siding. Our design included a steel vehicle bridge spanning over a wetland stream. The home takes advantage of the spectacular lake views with multiple decks, deep roof overhangs, and generous windows.
