Scott Tinker became a Principal with Quantum Consulting Engineers in July 2018. He has over 20 years of structural design and seismic engineering expertise on commercial and residential projects. He also has significant experience designing in concrete, wood, steel, CMU, light-gauge steel, and post-tensioned concrete. He graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Scott is a registered Structural Engineer in Washington and Illinois and a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Montana, Virginia and Wyoming.

Scott’s interests include outdoor activities such as downhill skiing, hiking, and gardening. He lives in Seattle with his wife and three children.
